  Our firm was founded in 1976 by Abel Bourque. With an emphasis on client satisfaction and strong professional expertise, AC Bringloe Feeney LLP has grown steadily to today's staff complement of three partners and nine staff. Our clients cover a broad range of private and public enterprises with a concentration on owner managed business. E Shawn Bringloe CA, Partner - A long-time resident of Fredericton, Shawn graduated from the UNB in 1983 with a BA and achieved his CA designation in 1986. He joined the firm in 1993 after spending the previous 10 years with KPMG. Shawn's strengths are in the taxation area, having completed the CICA In-Depth Tax Course in 1990 and having practiced exclusively in the income tax field from 1988 to 1993. He currently serves a variety of clients with an emphasis on taxation and owner-managed business. John E. Feeney CA, Partner - A native of Bathurst NB, John graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1980 and achieved his CA designation in 1983 having received the highest marks in Nova Scotia. He joined the firm in 2001 after 12 years with KPMG, two years in private industry and six years as a sole practitioner. John serves a variety of clients in accounting, audit, financing, start-ups and business and strategic planning. Wilson L. G. Donovan CA, Partner - A native of Ingonish NS, Wilson graduated as university medalist for the Bachelor of Business Administration program at St. Francis Xavier University in 1974 and achieved his CA designation in 1977. He joined the firm in 2002 after 22 years with Price Waterhouse and KPMG and six years as a sole practitioner. Wilson serves a wide variety of clients in accounting, audit, financing, start-ups and business and strategic planning. |

Five days and nights, 125 performances, 250 artists, two dozen intimate stages, in only five historic downtown blocks. The partners and staff of Bringloe Feeney are active participants each year in organizing the Festival.
