  Bishop & Company Chartered Accountants Inc. has been in existence since 1982, when Ray Bishop formed the firm. In 2005, the firm became Bishop & Company Chartered Accountants Inc. to reflect the admission of Greg Miller and Loretta Kalkman as owners. Since its formation, the firm has grown to be one of the leading CA firms in the Valley, and now consists of fifteen people who provide a wide range of professional services in the areas of audit, accounting, taxation, business information technology, assurance, succession and estate planning, business planning and risk management. Ray Bishop graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and received his CA designation in 1971. He started his own accounting practice in 1982, which grew from a small practice in his home to the well-established Wolfville practice of Bishop & Company Chartered Accountants Inc. Ray continues to be involved in all areas of the practice, serving the needs of clients throughout the Valley area.
Loretta Kalkman attended Dalhousie University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She received her CA designation in 1986 and has been with the firm since 1992. Loretta works primarily in assurance services and taxation. In 1999, The Nova Scotia Institute of Chartered Accountants awarded Loretta the "Ross L.Towler “CA of the Year” award in recognition of her volunteer work in the community.
Greg Miller has been with the firm since 1989 and is involved in all areas of the practice, with a primary focus in agriculture. He received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University and achieved his CA designation in 1995.
Marcel Godbout CA Marcel Godbout joined the firm as an owner in 2008 with over 15 years of experience in providing financial advice and business counsel to a wide range of industries. A tax specialist, Marcel advises clients in estate and succession planning, corporate organization and effective tax planning strategies tailored to meet their specific requirements.

Wolfville
Wolfville NS is situated in the Annapolis Valley region of Nova Scotia overlooking the Minas Basin and the dykes built by the Acadians. It experiences some of the highest tides in the world in one of the world's smallest harbours.
Incorporated as a town since 1893, Wolfville was originally settled by the Acadians who were expelled by British forces in 1755. The area was resettled by New England planters who arrived in 1760. While the Census reports Wolfville's population to be about 3600, the town’s population doubles to over 7000 eight months of the year, with the presence of Acadia University's student population.
Wolfville is a thriving cultural and tourist destination that possess small town charm in a cosmopolitan environment. In 2002, Harrowsmith Country Life Magazine voted it "one of the best towns in which to live in Canada."
